I received a small yellow envelope with the same tracking number they sent me for the kcup storage rack. I didn't receive the rack or anything else. Just an Empty envelope. I have never had this happen before. I have ordered a lot from markabuin the past without issues. I am still waiting to see if they are giving me a refund for the EMPTY envelope I received.
